Gordon-Emmett results

Based on reporting from all the teams involved, here are the final results. Since there were only 12 teams at this event, per the rules, the fourth (D) event does not count as a final, so no bonus points are awarded for the D event.

Fitzgerald - 90 points
2 C event wins for 30 points each = 60
1 C event loss for 30 points
Brown - 185 points
1 B event win - 30 points
1 C event win - 30 points
C finals win - 125 points
Brooks - 60 points
1 B event win - 30 points
B finals loss - 30 points
Tyner - 155 points
1 A event win - 125 points
D finals win - 30 points

Top three teams are Austin, Tyner, Brooks. Prize payouts from the pool of $3450 are $1897.50, $966 and $586.50 respectively.

Thanks to everyone for participating and hopefully this will continue for many more years with a bigger purse and more teams.

Gordon-Emmett preliminary results

Still confirming the results from the GE. From what I know, Team Austin has won the first GNCC Men's Curling Tour. Teams Brooks and Tyner will be second and third. Still confirming the point totals from the event.

More to come when the point totals are completed.

Gordon-Emmett preview

Teams Brooks, Brown, Fitzgerald and Tyner will all be playing in the GE. George Austin will be playing but not with his MCT team. Team Austin is the current leader at 1000 points. Both Brooks and Tyner have a chance to take over the top spot with a first event win. Fitzgerald and Brown have a chance to move into the money with a good showing.

Best of luck to all.

I will not be in attendance, Pat Fitzgerald will be collecting results. Unfortunately, the memorial service for Elisabeth Childs is also this Saturday and I will be attending that.

George Austin has the trophy that will be presented to the winning team. Prize money will be distributed by mail following the event and the final tally.

PCC Stone and Granite State

For those attending either of these events, Jason Valetutto will be collecting results at the Stone and Charlie Brown will be collecting results at the Granite State.

Make sure all your wins are noted. I will be confirming with all attending teams after the events.

Thanks to Jason and Charlie for the help.
